Many states don't have the resources available to combat these types of emergencies. This is where FEMA comes into play. They have the resources necessary to alleviate the hardships faced when these tragedies occur. Think Hurricane Katrina for example. You really need to educate yourself better. You're lacking in this area. Just sayin

Even better. Just more ammo why FEMA isn't needed.

The state doesn't need the president to activate the National Guard Dummkopf. Each states governors are the commanders in chiefs of their states National Guards. BTW FEMA is specifically designed for these National emergencies. Yes the National Guard is critical in these type of events but so is FEMA. Learn something for once.

God forbid that a person teaches others about their rights gets skewered by the usual suspects. Not surprisingly however
