Unfortunately, the author of the article is not being honest about it, nor is anyone who keeps parroting the lies coming from DHS and the WH.

Someone on CNN made a fair point that the ICE agent may not have seen which the direction the wheels of the car were pointing, so he might be able to make a reasonable defense that he believed the car was coming directly at him. However, anyone who's actually watched the multiple angles of the videos and claims she was aiming for him is blatantly lying.

Those of you who have enough brain cells to remember my actual posting history know that I've been consistently against illegal immigration, and I still am, regardless of whether or not they're violent criminals. He did walk towards the car to check on the victim afterwards. Of course, she was already dead by that point. Then he walked back to his cruiser (license plate EVC289), as seen in the video. He probably knows he's ------.

I've watched the video from multiple angles and I still can't see where the car made contact with him. It looks to me like he stepped/jumped back. The bullet hole in the windshield was in the lower left side. He could possibly make a reasonable defense for the first shot, but not for the other three shots when he was clearly to the side of the car. That was at least second-degree murder.
