Applications for U.S. unemployment benefits declined for a fifth straight week to the lowest level since mid-April, showing a resilient job market. First-time jobless claims decreased by 7,000 to 221,000 in the week ended July 12. The median forecast in a Bloomberg survey of economists called for 233,000 applications. read more

Retail sales rebounded in June, an indication that President Trump's tariffs are not significantly impacting consumer spending habits yet. Headline retail sales rose 0.6% in June, above economists' expectations for a 0.1% increase month on month. By comparison, sales decreased 0.9% in May, according to revised Census Bureau data. read more

The U.S. government posted a surplus in June as tariffs gave an extra bump to a sharp increase in receipts, the Treasury Department said Friday. With government red ink swelling throughout the year, last month saw a surplus of just over $27 billion, following a $316 billion deficit in May. That brought the fiscal year-to-date deficit to $1.34 trillion, up 5% from a year ago. However, with calendar adjustment, the deficit actually edged lower by 1%. There are three months left in the current fiscal year, which ends Sept. 30. A 13% increase in receipts from the same month a year ago helped bridge the gap, with outlays down 7%. For the year, receipts are up 7% while spending has risen 6%. read more

"Jail: He sexually assaulted a woman, cooked the books he gave the government of New York, and stole documents he refused to return.

1.) the 'sexual assault' was not a criminal charge and was not even the impetus of the case. The case was about defamation. So, if you want to say he should he be in jail for it, have the balls to demand ------- Crazy Carroll file a criminal charge - I 100% support that. She won't - because everyone knows this would be tossed out of court immediately due to lack of evidence.

2.) He 'cooked the books' in a case that was not prosecuted during the valid statute of limitations because what he did was a standard practice and the accurate way to record the transactions for payments to your lawyer. The Dems needed to invent a new crime - which they never clarified or that he has been convicted of or even charged with to this day.

3.) Stole documents that WERE UNDER HIS SOLE DISCRETION TO DECLASSIFY and thus, perfectly legal for him to possess. Very different from Pedo Biden that stole documents from a SCIF as a senator (no right to take the documents from the SCIF) then stored in his unsecured garage because he wanted to feed them to a ghostwriter. However, you give him a total pass because he allowed the Fed to seize them. Like a bank robber being given a total pass if they give the money back. It is either a crime or it is not - and the Democrats used an unprecedented view of the law to charge Trump.

Your constant repetition of already debunked talking points seem to be a symptom of late stage syphilis - given your degenerate lifestyle and a syphilis infection rate of homosexuals, you should get this treated before your brain is Biden-ized.

Actually ------- - you prove my point for me.

According to you, Trump turned the US into a "a flaming dumpster fire" that Biden was able to save from economic depression and a covid mass culling - AND YET - with that collective memory and current experience from the US public - he goes on a historic landslide victory just 4 years later.

We can use the Norm MacDonald logic from his famous SNL monologue:
www.youtube.com

Trump was fired in 2024 because he was a bad president
And yet, just 4 years later, not only does he win, he is brought back in a landslide.
Do people think he learned to be a better president in the 4 years since 2020? No.
It is just that the Democrats have become unimaginable BAD.

Or, we can go with the alternative explanations:

1.) Trump was not a bad president in his 1st term
2.) 2020 was not a legitimate election

For, me, I think it a bit of all three explanations.
