Since some people expressed how much they loved my Doctor Who threads, I've decided I'm gonna start a new one every week this year. Doctor Who was the longest running sci-fi series, running from 1963-2017 and currently has a reboot streaming on Disney+.

Meritocracy and DEI are both good ideas in theory, and they're not mutually exclusive. The problem is both is in how they're implemented, or some in cases not really implemented but used as a buzzword to distract from how those ideas have been corrupted.
