I had to choose between health care, notably dental care and vision care, and other expenses such as rent, car repairs, groceries, and so on for ten or twenty years.

I don't have to make that tradeoff anymore, now that I'm in among the 20% of Americans in the top tier of our economy.

However, as the link I posted earlier indicates, these trade-offs aren't unheard of, even among those in the top income quintile.

I've always supported a universal health care solution.
