It should have been ad after ad, tv appearance and podcast to reach low information voters with split screen comparisons of the tax plan showing she gave more to workers, blaming big business for greedflation, pictures of Epstein and Trump, and Trump bragging about killing Roe v. Wade.

Fun conversation with one of my clients:

One of my clients is just planning to move more production to Mexico. He's the lead for their tax group. They sell ATVs.

They opened a plant there years ago because places like Brazil have tariffs on the US and not Mexico. So they can sell to Brazil etc. from Mexico without worrying about tariffs.

He said "Trump puts tariffs on China and Mexico. China and Mexico puts tariffs on the US. We just produce more in Mexico for China and Mexico. Problem solved."

Their plan is simple. Lay off 15%-25% of the workers here, move the jobs to Mexico, and keep selling. Parts in Mexico won't be subject to tariffs. Exports won't suffer higher prices from tariffs. And US consumers will buy less because the price will go up here. So they'll need less workers here anyway.

Will they move in the jobs back if the tariffs end? "Why would we?," he said, "We'll have the factories fully working there, experienced workers, and logistics set up. It would cost more to move it back and there would be no upside."

Trump's policies are terrible but people don't understand them.

People understood where Trump was coming from (allegedly coming from).

"I want to help workers so I'm getting rid of immigrants and putting down tariffs."

Idiots understand the first half but not the policies. So they vote Trump.

Harris had no core message on Inflation, Wages, or Taxes. She just said "I'm like Biden."

Low information votes are always the key. They go on Vibe. And Harris did nothing in that respect.

Dems are too stupid to message to low information voters, refuse to listen to the grassroots of the party, and think moving right will work when their progressive policies are actually supported by big majorities.

Lastly, Trump created enemies, Harris didn't. Trump gave voters someone to blame: Biden and Immigrants. Harris could have gone heavily after Corporations for price gouging to make it a labor vs big business campaign but...was too funded by big business as per usual.

Biden will probably pardon him if Obama leans on him hard enough.

They just got the green light to annex the Gaza Strip.

They know this because Trump gave them the green light to annex as much land as they want by recognizing the Golan Heights as part of Israel.

The Democrats could come up with the best messaging for working people ever and would still get portrayed as snooty college-educated elites on Fox News, Sinclair TV stations, manosphere podcasts and the rest of the right-wing media bubble that most Americans live in.

She never focused any message on pocket book issues and refused to separate herself from Biden.

While some did, the overwhelming majority of them predicted a much larger win. But that's just because of numbers, there are a TON more liberal outlets than there are con, so that's just how math works.

Harris refused to message to working class men in the slightest. It was all "Trump is a fascist" (which few people understand) and "Abortion" and "I'm like Biden".

No mention of rape or Epstein. No messaging on Trump's job killing tariffs, his refusal to pay overtime, his refusal to pay workers, etc. (This could have been a huge message on Trump taking away overtime). No messaging on Inflation. No Social Security or Medicare gutting. No messaging on larger tax cuts. No messaging on Immigration or Energy.

And policies aren't messaging.

The entire theme was Abortion and Fascism. Not pocket book stuff or Trump is weird.

In an era where people are worried about their pocket books, they want change. And she insisted on being the status quo.

50/50 or 51/49 is not predicting a win.

Saying that is like saying they predict heads on a coin flip every time.

Who writes these headlines?

Harris with 16 million less votes than Biden 2020.
