The prosecution (same prosecutor as this case) created a novel case out of whole cloth and the judge had it out for Trump. A little bit of the same, although no where near to the same extent occurred in this case. In the Trump case the judge (Merchan) acted so egregiously he should be disbarred. The two cases aren't remotely similar.
