The blueprint, called Project 2025 and produced by the conservative Heritage Foundation, is one of several think-tank proposals for Trump's platform. Donald Trump is making a new push to get his New York hush-money conviction tossed out after the US Supreme Court ruled that he has at least some immunity from criminal prosecution for official actions he took while president. As this new paradigm for regulation sits with me I am flabbergasted by the ramifications.

The impact will be enormous.

There are SO MANY laws that regulate our daily lives from food and drug safety to finance to banking to environmental protection to worker safety and protection to automobile standards to schools/education to voting to civil rights to communications to agriculture to the post office to air quality to weather monitoring to transportation to immigration to FEMA to housing to research to maritime law to social security to healthcare to Indigenous people affairs to ugh look at the list on this link:

www.federalregister.gov

each one of those agencies works under complicated laws.

The agencies that interpret those laws will no longer have that power.

An attorney can find ambiguity in the formula 1+1=2

This Department of Labor ruling shows that even core and specified designated powers can be overturned by a court in the interest of corporations.

I don't think the SC has a concept of the destruction they have wrought.

NO society can operate like this, none. It is a legal Somalia landscape. Every action that is needed to do anything can and will be challenged by businesses who see a way to make a buck and/or fanatics who want to inflict their views on the rest of society.

In every corner of society.

The implications are mind boggling!
