that makes zero sense. A person has not been convicted of a crime, thus being a criminal until adjudicated (something which is a right for EVERYONE).

There are valid, legal reasons to be in country without documents-asylum seekers the most obvious, also those who will receive temporary status like the Haitians

How do the authorities plan on implementing this mass deportation?

Are they planning on just rounding up people putting the on a plane or boat and shipping them out?

How does that jive with the 5th Amendment?

How will they select the people?

If they are not going to just round them up, how will they adjudicate MILLIONS?

A PERSON cannot be illegal. That makes no sense. A person can commit a crime. A person who has not been convicted of a crime is not a criminal (and thus not "illegal"),

So, REALITY, says a person can either have proper authority-i.e. documented or NOT have proper authority to be in the country-undocumented. Since the delineation between having and not having authority REQUIRES adjudication, the term illegal is a non-sequitor.
