New revised numbers this week from the Bureau of Labor Statistics showed job-creation estimates had been off by about 20 percent. The data showed that about 2 million jobs were created between April 2018 and March 2019. That is 500,000 fewer jobs than the estimates had originally shown.
The numbers for Gross Domestic Product were also revised down earlier this year."

It seems to fill provide a little more background. For instance, it appears the Kuznetsov, the only Russian aircraft carrier they have is "unlikely to deploy ever again" (it hasn't been deployed in 8 years). The crew is 1,500 and they've been "reassigned." Apparently Russia has to "mobilize the 30,000 fresh troops" "every month just to replace battlefield losses"killed, wounded and captured"in Ukraine."
Apparently no more aircraft carriers for Russia because all the know-how and factories that built those engines were all in Ukraine.
The local paper here has been an outstanding job of covering this, along with the book bans (and defeats DeSantis has had). This has been utterly ridiculous. The state didn't even bother to respond to our school district's submission of materials for sexual health education, so they cancelled all the classes for the year. Now the state says "just use ours" which is utterly useless at best and honestly, harmful and detrimental to our students.
