It's amazing that this is the hill Dems have chosen to die on.

The guy entered illegally and during his hearing the judge concluded, based on evidence, that he is in fact a gang member.

He's also apparently a domestic abuser.

Really surprised by Van Hollen (who I actually like).

One of his actual constituents was murdered by an illegal alien, leaving 5 children motherless, and he's shown far more concern for this guy than the murder victim and her family.
