I remember when lefties of all stripes claimed we brought 9/11 on ourselves. Now you all get to play by your own rules.

Russia annexed all of Crimea under Obama and started this war of aggression against Ukriane under Biden.

Throughout history, to the victors go the spoils. The status quo is forever war. Russia losing is the US escalating and possibly precipitating a global war. Russia keeping some of the territory gained and agreeing to a cease-fire and hopefully a truce I believe is in our best interests given the other options.

I don't know if that's how it will actually play out but it seems like the least worse course of action to me.

This is because EV's pretty much suck. But it is nice that Democrats might now support pulling back on EV mandates and subsidies if they think it might hurt Musk.
