It's all about institutionalizing human, sex and drug trafficking. Bringing on as much criminal element as possible. Make cities so uninhabitable that Dem voters move out to red suburbs -which is why the Obama admin abuses HUD power to force suburbs to build low income housing. The shorter term goal of mass illegal immigrastion is the 2030 census - warm bodies to replace the flight out of blue states. Longer term it's to create a government dependent class that will eventually be granted amnesty and turned into new voters.
