Right now we're hearing about billions unaccounted for.

Supposedly about half of the money we sent to Ukraine, they say they didn't get. Where did that money go? We may not like the answers when they start naming names of off shore personal accounts.

Nothing is black and white is it?

Should we cut our nose to spite our face? (as the saying goes)?

The answer is, assuming your numbers are accurate, we might have any choice until we address the root of the problem.

The bulk of the money is held by the top .1%.

And the rest of the 1% (nine-tenths of 1%) all added together is less than the .1% (one-tenth of 1%)

As Bill Burr was saying recently (while people are facing high food costs and housing out of this world).

However, if you're bitching about Trump not doing anything...well...no one really is.

I'm not claiming who benefitted less or most or whatever so don't go off on a tangent.

I simply pointed out I sure liked having my tax liability lower last year.

The problem of dealing with inequity (if that's what it is) is too complex for me.

Looks like tax loopholes and unfair wealth distributions might be something to address.

People get paid not for what they do but how much power they wield.

And people are more willing to squeeze to the last penny more than in the past when "greed" was not as socially accepted.

Even the rich decades ago didn't amass the rediculous amount of wealth the rich do today.

Over the decades I haven't seen either party take on the rich because they contribute money to their campaigns.

Trump's tax cuts that are due to expire actually help working people too, because the standard deduction increase provided by Trump's tax cut reduces their tax liability.

But you do have to have a job to benefit from it.
