There is one side that is a civilized democracy that will let the other side live in peace and actually affords full rights of citizenship to almost a quarter of its population that practices the faith of the other side.

There is another side that practices religious extremism, makes it a crime to sell land to Jews punishable by death, and would have no qualms about exterminating every last one if they had the ability.

Both sidesing stuff is fine and dandy until you actually see how living under the boot of one of those sides works out in real life. Some former Jill Stein/Ralph Nader voters might see what I mean, but the vast majority will not.
