There are lots of places in the United States, especially in the deep South and possibly also out west where a professional, like a lawyer, might not feel comfortable letting the fact that he votes for Kamala Harris be common knowledge. In many small towns the pressure to be part of the good old boys social groups the appearance of shared values and ooltical beliefs can make for success or failure.I know people in that situation, we never discuss it but they know that I know they pretty much have to tow a pretty conservative line to be successful where they live. Stein is running for the same reason other 3rd party candidates ran in the past; i.e. to massage their own egos! In this particular election there just is no excuse for her "doing everything she can" to make sure Donald Trump win; her ego is more important to her than our democracy. I wouldn't have been angry with her if she had competed for the Democratic nomination but she didn't. No she has just been a distraction during a very close election so I hope, for her sake, Harris wins by a large enough margin that Stein's votes won't be enough to all ow Trump to win because many of us will not forgive her if that happens.
