So you agree there WAS enough evidence to indict but, in your opinion, it was too weak. Lots of evidence and enough to convince a grand jury but was there was not enough evidence to convince you.

If you have ever been part of a grand jury, getting a true bill is almost a formality. It's the easiest thing in the world. Only one side is presented, there are almost zero rules of evidence.

We were heading to the dump one day when out of the blue a rock sailed by my widow. There was a man walking down the middle of the road throwing rocks at the windshields of passing cars.

Several cars had already pulled over and even tho I had safely passed with no damage I pulled over I started chasing the guy down. I was t going to tolerate that! Several others joined the chase as they now were furious with cracked windshields.

I caught the guy and tackled him. The adrenaline was surging and he was incredibly strong and was obviously on drugs. Two others caught up and helped me subdue him and hold him down. I never once considered putting him into a choke hold. Because we had him under control and we just sat on him and held him there until the police arrived.

We did not have to kill that guy to subdue him. Neither did Daniel Penny.

If you are pardoned for a crime then you are no longer guilty of that crime.

Trump was inducted by a grand jury. Because there was probable cause to believe the had committed crimes.

A grand jury cannot indict someone without any evidence. (Hence no criminal charges can be brought against Joe Biden because there is no evidence of a crime)
