Then if you challenge him he can send the FBI or his rabid cultists to come after you.

And he is obviously gonna keep blatantly breaking the laws of this land until someone is able to stop him. And I don't think it's gonna be a "pretty please" that does it.

Sending the FBI to harass a judge and then spread it all over the media is serious. Seriously tyrannical. Using the DOJ to prosecute your political enemies is seriously F-ed up.

Even if this judge committed a crime this is not how we treat judges or anyone of standing in the community who is accused of committing non violent offenses.

In most states a judge cannot be arrested for a crime without a grand jury indictment. The grand jury's role is to determine whether there is enough evidence to bring formal criminal charges. This means that a judge accused of a felony must first be indicted by a grand jury before they can be arrested

Where is the grand jury indictment?
