Does Trumpy have a AUMF or any type of authorization from Congress for the use military force against Iran?

Also, it's not true that "nobody complained". Someone always complains. But most of the world supported Obama at the time. Even the UN Secretary-General at the time expressed his relief that "justice has been done to such a mastermind of international terrorism".

Then that makes them easy targets. When the stockpiles are deep in mountains the only thing that can get them is a B-2 with a MOP.

We don't really even know if the those sites were really destroyed. It's not like I have confidence in ANYTHING the Mad King declares. I will wait for some kind of satellite confirmation.

Maybe they just destroyed the entrance tunnels and all they have to do is clear the rubble at the entrances and restart the facilities.

There was NO IMMINENT THREAT. The DNI publicly agreed.

Iran has been months away from full enrichment since 2012.

There was no "imminent threat".

Therefore it was indeed unconstitutional.

So what?

The law had never stopped the Mad King. If you want to stop him now YOU have to prove him wrong.

Bombing another country without congressional authorization, especially if not in response to an imminent threat, could be seen as unconstitutional. And will be by many.

Has Congress passed an AUMF?
