And with the proper training that can be avoided.

Police departments that teach Akido would have less violent encounters and a more cooperative public.

The Aikido mindset should be at the core of every aspect of police action.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) policy permits the use of deadly force only when an officer reasonably believes there is an imminent threat of death or serious physical injury to themselves or another person. Deadly force cannot be used solely to prevent an escape or disable a moving vehicle, except in specific maritime/aviation circumstances.

ICE doesn't need authority to arrest someone to be able to defend themselves.
