At the quantum level, sound vibrations (known as phonons) can linger for remarkably long periods compared to the sounds we hear in daily life.

Our hard electronic instruments are not sensitive enough to "hear" them (yet) but perhaps our own quantum meat systems in our squishy brains can pick up and resonant with the frequencies sometimes and that could be what we "feel".

They have figured out a method for going around it.

We could only wish hope and dream that someday America will have such a closely balanced budget.

Deficits are not a problem until democrats gain power and try to find the money to try and help Americans with healthcare and child care and education and housing and food costs.

States with a history of official discrimination in the jurisdiction that affects the right to vote did have extra provisions to prevent them from disenfranchising black and minority voters.

If your state did not have a history of racial discrimination then you had nothing to worry about.

Never used to have them up here but they have come north in the last 10 or so years.
