That's why we don't allow noncitizens to vote in our federal elections. Local elections are a different matter.

Classified information is strictly meant to be reviewed within secure skiffs, designated rooms in the Capitol or congressional offices"never in a personal residence. Removing and storing classified papers at a home address violates the rules governing the handling of national security information.
