Executive orders are not the law. They act as official instructions from the president telling federal workers and agencies how to handle their duties.
Executive orders cannot create new taxes, change laws, or step past the power of Congress.
The president lacks any authority to run elections. The Constitution gives only states and Congress the power to set election rules.
But none of that is going to stop them.
Postmaster General David Steiner told Congress in June that the Postal Service, under the proposed rule, would refuse to deliver ballots in states that refuse to enforce the new changes.
"Yes or no -- if a state refuses to turn their absentee voter list over to the federal government, will the Postal Service still mail their ballots under this proposed rule?" Sen. Gary Peters, D-Mich., asked.
"Under our proposed regulation, no. We would tell the state that we need the manifest," Steiner replied.

That was not a potential fraud problem that's an electoral college problem. Get rid of that crap and I can guarantee we will never have a presidential election that's within 500 a vote margin.
