'seat warmers and lever pullers' being goosed for the quadrennial
election push.

I look forward to resting in my 4 star hotel on election night and
on the day that follows watching as the results trickle in. I think
she will win, unless there are major shenanigans. It is the days

But, like the last go around. I will enjoy the nice accommodations,
enjoy the pool, sauna, and hot tub. And take a nice car trip through
the nearby national park and stay cool. It will unwind as it always

for doing terrible things. America, sadly, from its inception,
has had a strong 'hatred of others' streak (aka racism). You
would have thought that we had progressed beyond this by now,
but the fact remains, only part of the country wanted to go along
with 'bettering ourselves'. A large part of the country (a large part
of the white part of the country) had little interest in going along.

And here we are. In a hate filled spite filled country, where half of
the country wants to progress and move forward, and the other half is in
love with its own hate and regressive thinking...

To coherently talk about a subject, one first has to have

Yes, but the Internet of my youth, that free environment where you could talk to just about
anyone around the world for free (as long as you had their email or internet address) has largely
been carved up and sold to corporations and the entire landscape of the internet has been divvied up
and thrust behind 'paywalls'. I would argue that the last decade of doing so, has dramatically altered
the promise of the internet for the worse. The new internet, is not what the old internet used to be,
not by a long shot. And that is a BAD thing...
