The crux of this issue....is it that Obamacare didn't intend on providing these health benefits to illegal aliens or their children and that the Biden Administration attempted to stretch these benefits this far to these recipients?

It's hard to say that's a coincidence. I'm not convinced one thing caused the other and most of the claim denial perpetrators are auto insurance companies. That policy they changed I believe could have been a good change that was meant to police MDs vs denying claims to policyholders. I can't say that for sure but it's very possible. changes like that are how companies protect the policyholders often times.

I hope we see some changes in behavior from these companies with regard to ridiculous claim processes and denials.........
