IF there was actual tampering with election, voter fraud, etc....then where it would really show up would be in the local elections.

elections that are decided by fewer than 100 votes in many cases. If there are a meaningful number of instances of ballots not being counted, then local races would definitely be affected and those candidates would be screaming.....

You understand it's impossible for any shenanigans to affect the presidential race alone, right? The entire ballot has to be tossed out.....and that would impact ALL the races from that ballot.
