Replacement theory is just a conspiracy theory, or is it?
It's a fact! Businesses don't stop hiring because whites are poorly represented in the labor pool. No longer can whites count on their skin color giving them an advantage and many of them resent it. Businesses want workers that can get the job done. The more skills and knowledge you bring to an interview, the better your odds are at getting that job. And, if you can be hired at a cheaper rate than someone with similar qualifications, you get an even bigger advantage.
Yes. Replacement theory is real but not for the reasons lazy, good-for-nothings want to talk about.
Companies have to know that this isn't the last word. A new, democratic, administration will reverse this action. So, what are companies to do? It would seem that their best course of action would be to follow the science. To do otherwise would jeopardize the long term viability of their companies.
