"Republicans still trying to pretend Trickle Down your leg economics works again! It didn't work under Reagan, Bush or Trump so we can conclude it does npt fu**ing work! Never did, never will work! But the GQP still tries to pretend it does when they absolutely know it does not."

I'd love to know what your measure of success is. America is still the top economy. America is still where MILLIONS are trying to migrate to. America is still where non-millionaires become millionaires (by the MILLIONS every year, btw). America is still the leader in many international forums. America is still the wealthiest nation.

So, what does "Never did, never will work!" mean to you? Now, I'm not saying it is the best system. I'm not saying it's what will lead us to the promised land. But, it does work. And we are a shining example of that. It's not trickle-down economics that doesn't work, it's the abuse of it that causes the problems.

And before you try to call out bias, know that this response is very similar to what I tell people about Socialism. I have some very right leaning friends who say that Socialism doesn't work. That it has too many negatives. And my response is always, "What doesn't work? There are many civilized, industrial nations under Socialism and they are doing fine." And their response is always then met with, "It's not Socialism that doesn't work, it's the abuse of it that causes the problems" because that's what every model always comes down to.

If someone knows a better way, by all means please spread it across the country. Problem is, there are no "better" alternatives. There are just other alternatives that provide some positives to our negatives but introduce negatives of its own. For example, the people of those Socialist countries aren't sitting back and enjoying lives free of government bureaucracy, they are fighting problems that result because of Socialism. No matter what system we go to, especially these days, the focus will always be on how bad we are because nothing is perfect. Add in partisan ideology and it exponentially increases the pain points.

This is a fantastic example of disinformation allowed to be spread because people don't critically think. Notice that there are no numbers in this article, only percentages? That's because outbreaks of measles have occurred in many states, and the number of infections in Florida today are in the 2 digits.

So, while this could be a precursor to an actual problem, today it is not a problem at all...at least it's not a problem to the country (it's definitely a problem for some who get it, of course). Don't let biased reporting form your conclusions. Get your information from multiple sources, and make sure there are right and left leaning sources. Accepting what one biased source tells you means you are the problem.

Good article but the author misses the actual reason why the RTO. Mostly it's big businesses/high profit-low margin companies who are mandating it. And that's because they get tax breaks for every butt in a seat. If you've never seen how much money is saved in taxes that subsidize other parts of a business, you would be incredibly shocked. I work with a lot of startups and help them build out their program and not one of them that began after 2015 has a work from office mandate. And that's because they never had an office in the first place (many of them) and are making lots of profit without it. But the big companies depend on those tax breaks.

And also consider offshoring saves money. This is part of the argument because I just saw a week or two ago a job offer that literally said at the top that differentiated them and said workers on shore must live near an office location but workers in India (literally named India) were excluded. So companies are OK with someone working 8000 miles away in who knows what kind of office environment but someone living in the next state from them is excluded. That's because offshoring already saves them gobs of money.

That being said, there is a problem with WFH and that is the government is not getting the income they usually get. That is a very real problem because the roads and everything else to those buildings are used for a lot more than just those buildings, so losing money to spend on infrastructure is a very real issue. My problem is when they try to justify RTO with nonsense excuses, like the ones mentioned in this article.

If you believe this kind of propaganda without thinking critically about everything it doesn't say, you are part of the problem. It's already been proven that we spend more on immigration than we make, yet this article doesn't mention that at all. So increasing by $7t but incurring $10t in costs does NOT mean all of a sudden we are $7t richer. I know Liberals are terrible at math, or at least what I've seen on Drudge over the years proves that beyond any doubt, but in this case the logic is kind of easy to understand.

And there are so many more caveats to this conclusion that it's impossible to have the time to even address them all. There will be some areas where immigration will help, for sure. However, monetarily, while America continues to spend what it doesn't have an having much more difficult times even paying off the interest, the net result is not positive.

"But these immigrants aren't white, so the MAGAts hate them."

Liberals coming up with their own conclusions to help their own egos accept that their conclusions aren't actually that good or logical just never ends. Immigrants commit crime. Immigrants take jobs. Immigrants get treatment that others don't (even Adams just said that immigrants are going to have to start living on the streets because they don't have enough housing, completely ignoring that there have been significant amounts of people living on the streets already in NY and they haven't done anything about them but will give up homes to immigrants). And this stuff is happening across the entire world. In other words, there is ample, logical, real-world evidence that the reasons to be cautious against unfettered or undeterred immigration are justified. But, since Liberals can't understand that, they make up cookie-cutter, Liberal boilerplate to help their egos.

It really isn't anything new and arguable. But, as always have to add a disclaimer or Liberals pick apart anything not said, it's obvious some people are racist. But no more so than the racist Liberals who have been discriminating against Jews for months now.
