I always find it hilarious when either party all of a sudden thinks anything about the government is all of a sudden a gift from God when the other side is against it in any way. Now, all of a sudden Dems think the SS department is infallible, like they are the role model that every government institution should try to emulate it. When, prior to November, everyone just accepted there is fraud everywhere.

Trump is finding waste all over the place AND he is allowing it to be completely public. The level of transparency DOGE is providing is so incredibly above any other administration in history I can think of. There are no smoke and mirrors, at least for what they are posting. I'm sure there is some corruption there. But there are billions there that are being transparently provided. Hell, it's easier to get doge.gov information/findings than it is to navigate any WH site I've ever referenced. I'm not saying what they are doing is good or bad, I'm saying the way they are doing it should be the new gold standard (I'm talking about the DOGE auditing, not the decisions Trump is making to fire people)

Um, Trump himself said he wasn't focusing on the mass of illegals at first. He said he was going after the criminals. The violent ones. The ones causing trouble. And he's doing it partly because he isn't the devil (fully) your TDS makes him out to be and he is giving illegals a chance. They already updated the app to convince them to leave willingly.

This is the true value of the entertainment Trump provides. Every time the POTUS seat changes, the opposing party starts blaming the new POTUS for everything on day 1. And that forces the other side to tell them to wait and that everything happening in the first 6 monthsish is the responsibility of the prior president. You know I always call out this hypocrisy.

But, in this case, Trump can be blamed. The stupid things he says make it possible, which is hilarious. He told the country he would have us in a golden age on day 1. It didn't happen. Yes, not one single mention of Trump's plan to counteract the tariffs. Not surprising, liberals have a very hard time understanding anything that doesn't have to do with pronouns. Trump actually had a plan to try to offset the price increases his tariffs are going to cause. I'm sure liberals are kind of mad he actually created a contingency plan like a responsible leader.

In case you don't know, he's dropping corporate tax rates significantly. That's the plan. At least he had a contingency, unlike almost every POTUS before him so I give him kudos for that.

Personally, I don't see it working as well as he says it will. It isn't enough to offset the supply line costs until those jobs are moved to America, IF it will even happen (that is the hope though). And, reducing corporate tax rates won't really do much for the cost of products from SMB companies, mostly it will just help the bottom line of large companies. SMBs don't have volume relationships or customers so taxes aren't nearly as big of an impact to savings when it comes to EBITDA and other measures.

But again, at least he had some kind of plan to offset, unlike Biden's terrible planning (which was evident in multiple things he did like Afghan withdrawal, inflation problems, etc.) and even other GOP POTUSs.

YES, it IS very extreme to be forced to address someone by different pronouns. Language has existed for thousands of years, and most languages have rule regarding pronoun use so that they identify gender of someone. THOUSANDS OF YEARS. Yet, you come along as a liberal and say pronouns should all of a sudden be used differently now.

If you can't understand how that is extreme, you are willfully trying to just be a rebel. No functional human being could not understand that. Now, before you get all babyish like a typical liberal, that doesn't mean it's wrong at all. Times change. Things change. That's the nature of the universe. Maybe one day we will get to the point that somehow magically everyone can just know everyone else's pronouns so they don't get used by mistake. Nothing wrong with that at all. BUT, the truth is still there...you are trying to change something that has been done a certain way for thousands of years. That is almost the very definition of extreme in this context. Just accept it. Own it. Stop whining like a baby that you are being called a spade when you are a spade. Liberals have multiple extreme values today. It's something to watch but nothing even remotely warranting using it as a political attack. This isn't a rare occurrence and meets the normal tolerances of virus mutation and natural immunity. I'm not saying it can't become a serious issue but give it freaking time. Calm down a notch or two, let the vein stop popping out of your forehead. The odds highly favor it being a nonissue in a small timeline.

You need to get out and socialize and maybe lay off the media for a while. Life is too short to invest so much in something you can only change a little, that won't actually do much in your life as it is.

Just waiting on evidence. I assume Musk at least has a strategy here. I'm just waiting until he comes out with evidence to back everything they are saying. But that waiting only lasts so long. But also, they may have seen it but have not had time to sanitize it befofe going public, so amy judhe blocking bis efforts is only illustrating that there is something to hide. Someone just needs to get Musk to sign a culpability document should they allow his access and have serious reprecussions for him. Then see what he does. If it turns out he's telling the teuth then we expose a lot of waste. If he doesn't then we get rid of Musk. Win either way.

It's hilarious that everyone whining about Musk "has gone too far" never say that about our national debt.

I've been with several organizations who have had diversity clubs. What I've been waiting for are the clubs called, "How we are all alike", "What can we do to help each other no matter what our background is", "Lend a helping hand to anyone based on nothing".

But, instead, we continue to create clubs born from discrimination. Quite pathetic in a country built on the ideals of freedom and equality. You would think our country would be focusing on that.

In other words, if you have an entity (erase your brain of everything political) and you get these readings point:

1. This entity believes in equality and freedom
2. This entity forces people to create groups that focus on specific attributes, and in some of those groups people with other attributes are not allowed.

If you don't think those two things are contradictory, you may need to attend classes to sharpen your brain a little.
