Trump is basing US policy on a conspiracy theory and then using images from a completely different scenario that occurred in a completely different country located nearly 2000 miles away and his supporters are just accepting it. Do I believe that white farmers whose families unfairly benefits from apartheid for generations now feel conditions have worsened for them in South Africa? Yes just like it probably really sucked for US slave owners after the Civil War.

I just read that Luigi Mangione has become a millionaire while locked up. Maybe between his handsome looks and all of that money he could buy a pardon from Trump.

If you live in a rural area then this may hit you especially hard. Rural healthcare facilities and medical transport companies rely heavily on medicaid, frequently 25% or more. Facilities will close. I personally know of at least one hospital in Missouri that is only still open because voters approved Medicaid expansion a few years ago. My company was planning on closing it if that didn't pass. Big cuts to medicaid are likely to result in the closure of that facility and will mean that some of the people who rely on it will be an hour+ drive away from the next closest emergency department.

Remember when the GOP acted like they cared that the President might be receiving bribes. They launched an investigation into the Clintons and Bidens over it and managed to prove none of their claims. Now Trump takes bribes in broad daylight and they remain silent.
