Virginia isn't Texas and has different state laws. Ultimately the state supreme court in all of the various states (including my backwards state) playing this dumb game will have to rule on the changes based on the given laws of the state.

Trump is a convicted financial fraudster. It's pretty simple concept. Do business with criminals, get robbed.

When your "source" paid a 3/4 of a billion dollar settlement because they lied then you don't have a "source". You have a propaganda outlet.
Fox could run a story saying the moon's orbit takes it around the earth and I would not take their word for it. They lie nearly as much as Trump does.

You'd think Trump would want the benefits of the vaccine to be known since he's the one who approved Project Warp Speed. It's definitely the most positive thing he's accomplished, perhaps the only positive thing he's accomplishment. Strange that his administration wouldn't be rushing to get this report out.

If Trump says something then it should just be assumed to be a lie unless it can validated by additional sources so of course the Iranian military is more capable than what Trump claims.

It's not a great law as it does not apply to all retailers and it doesn't allow consumers to sue retailers who violate the law but it's a good start in expanding consumer protections.

That's not a boast. It's like saying I knew the glowing red burner on the stove was hot so I didn't touch it. I, like many, looked at what was painfully obvious and said Trump and Putin are obviously lying to us all.
You have shown in the past that you are willing touch the burner. Just because you've come to eventually recognize your judgement was wrong after seeing the effects of those lies does mean you can learn from your mistakes which is more than I can say about some people but it doesn't mean that your judgement has improved.

Well normally yes but there's no reason to believe that to be true when Trump is making the appointments and this Senate is approving them.

The Atlantic claim to have at least 10 internal sources. The only question about his suit against them is will he still be FBI director by the time a court tosses the case.

You thought Putin was just running a military exercise on the Ukrainian border before he invaded so that should tell you something about how poor of judgement you have. You really should not be trusting your opinions.

If Tucker really meant it he would recognize his judgement is too poor to be sharing his opinions. He would quit the media and donate the money he has made to defeating Trump's agenda.
But he doesn't mean it. He just sees the writing on the wall and he's creating a new storyline to take advantage of his ignorant viewers.

Americans are mocking him for the same thing. Remember a month or so ago when he said the Iranian navy was "completely obliterated". If that was true then who did those gunboats belong to that attacked those ships in Hormuz a few days ago.

It was a wave election that year. Democrats flipped 8 seats in the senate and 21 in the House in Nov 2008. Dems ended up with about an 80 seat advantage in the House and a veto-proof majority in the Senate.

I don't think the Alabama supreme court ruling that Alabama state law allows cops to demand ID when reasonable suspicion of a crime has not been dispelled will be overturned. I don't think it can even be appealed in this case.
I do think Jennings will win his suit because I don't believe reasonable suspicion of a crime existed at the point when the conversation turned into a detention.
