It's clear what is going on. We have a convicted fraudster in the White House and he and his criminal network are committing crimes. Nothing suspicious about it.

Have you never worked for a company that offers a pension? If you have then you would receive periodic pension statements what would tell you to what level the pension if funded. You would know that businesses can adjust funding levels and that plans are often funded at levels less than 100% funded.

The Washington plan, at 110%, is still funded at a level far above most public employee plans which are on average around 80% funded.

Here's what I replied with when Boaz posted nonsense about this several months ago.

They support the idea of it but I don't believe they support it at this time being carried out by this president and this secdef after they've seen how they've been flailing about since the start. If we had clear goals and were actually achieving them then I have no doubt they would have passed an AUMF already.

Trump has not had a plan or goals for attacking Iran since Day 1. He is not "pausing" because of some deal with Iran that isn't going to happen. He's pausing because at this point continuing offensives strikes against Iran requires congressional approval under the War Powers Resolution. The fact that republicans in Congress continue to block holding an AUMF vote is a clear message that they do not support Trump's big Epstein distraction but don't have the balls to actually put their opposition on record. They'd rather just have Democrats force enforcement of the 60 day limit. Even those like Graham who have strongly supported the war in their public statements appear to recognize that Trump and Hegseth are not fit to prosecute this war. Allowing it to continue through the summer will lead to an even bigger electoral disaster for Republicans come November than the one they are already facing.

Everything he does is corrupt.
