I was prepared to agree with you and then I read Wyoming law.

It's not illegal to have a drink while armed in Wyoming. It is illegal to be intoxicated while armed. She's not charged under that law so it should be assumed she was not determined to be intoxicated.
Her defense should oppose any attempt to enter her drinking into evidence.

Nothing she did prior to being shoved appears to have been illegal. Both charges are related to actions she took after being shoved to the ground. Until that point it was just some people having what I would call an ill advised conversation.

The only crime I see here, based on how I understand their laws, is battery committed against her.

After all these years of Trump's I still find it hard to believe that any senator would give serious consideration to these corrupt and unqualified nominees that Trump submits.
