Another ICE-involved shooting in Minneapolis has resulted in a death. Video online shows agents dog piling on and struggling on top of a man when the shots are heard, a ski-masked man, presumably a federal agent, can be seen firing his gun at the man who is laying on the ground as the dog pile breaks up.
