Princess, I couldn't care less what you think. I've been a member of this site for around 20 years. That makes me feel super old, but it's a fact. During that time I did a bunch of stuff, much of what influenced what I posted here. If you get bored, feel free to check it out. I have a sneaking suspicion that most people here don't question what I am. But feel free to ask around.

Anyway...no. The Bundespolezei make me show documentation every time I enter back into DEU. And I have EZPass, which allows me to use the EU Passport line.

If you're ever of sufficient means to leave the US, which we both must admit is unlikely, you would need to use the normal passport line and wait for an hour or so. Discrimination, amiright? If one person can get through passport control in one minute, everyone should.

Probably not a problem you'll ever face, but for anyone who does travel to Germany routinely, EZPass is awesome. Look it up.

Even Kentucky permitted black people to vote until 1807.

Yeah, bruh. I'm from Idaho. I spent 24 years as a military officer and combat aviator. I'll go out on a limb and say that my familiarity with the constitution exceeds yours.

That said, everyone has the right to appeal a charge. Given my earlier example-had I received a ticket for a car that wasn't mine, I would appeal. But it was my car. The parking Nazi who issued the ticket, which is what they do all day, every day, was not wrong in their assessment of the illegally parked car. To take it to court would be a waste of time and resources, and the end result would not change.

There is no such thing as selective understanding. It happened or it didn't. But it is a fallacy to say that the founding fathers didn't want black people to vote. Had that been their position, they could have easily included language in the constitution.
