Everytime I call, if I get through, I speak to an employee who looks over the info I send in every time I call and then have them tell me it looks valid and that a check will be issued in 6-8 weeks. Then in 6 weeks the client gets a notice saying "We have an overpayment of $1,000,000 for tax year 2024 please tell us what you'd like us to do with it" and the dance starts all over again.

An hour on hold and an hour talking to the IRS every six weeks for two years now.
