Somewhat true. Musk is responsible for every bad decision the company has made. He turned a highly desired $100k luxury vehicle people said "was like a spaceship" into a company that makes the least reliable and heavily depreciating "everyman's car", which cannibalized the luxury models.

Tesla is so common they replaced the "punch buggy" as a kids game.

There are other EV manufacturers in America than just Tesla.

Many vehicles survive a timing belt break without a bent valve.

If it didn't, it's probably German.
