When you fail a licensing exam, you're not deported. The stakes are higher. I've helped people study for this test. Most Republicans I know would fail it because they didn't bother to study and arrogantly assumed they'd crush it.

Not if I want the whole car, not just the gun you got drunk and left in it.

I own a Flipper, HackRF One, Kraken SDR, etc.
