We have it. It's called ATTDS. Anti-Torpedo Torpedo Defense System. They've been working on this since the early 2010s, the early models didn't work in rough seas.

There is no public evidence that Iran possesses the combination of precision, inventory, and survivability needed to reliably destroy multiple hardened water-treatment facilities across Israel in a sustained campaign.

You load up a B-1 with the LAMP modification so it carries 144 Small Diameter Bombs, which are independently targeted, and destroy every piece of infrastructure on the site in 1 pass, because there's no Iranian air defenses that can stop that.

You don't understand how 1 sided the capabilities are.

Now that we know the CEP, lets not spitball random theory about taking out a water purification site, lets do the hard math.

Being friendly assuming 100 meters of blast damage on soft structures because if they're hardened you have to land within tens of meters.

p=1-e^ln(2)2(100/1500)^2 = 0.31% chance to per missile.

You need 325 of Iran's longest range MRBMs, per target, for just one to actually hit it. That's before accounting for THAAD, Patriot, Iron Dome, Iron Beam, and Multi-Mission Launchers, and electronic warfare noise. That's also assuming that you can kill a water purification plant with a single hit, which you can't, because it's distributed infrastructure over a large site. Lets be more generous, and assume the latest and greatest they have to offer has a 300 meter CEP. You now need only 39 missiles to have a 95% chance of a hit on one target part of a much larger array of targets in just 1 site of many.

The CEP of their longest range MRBMs is 1.5 kilometers.

They're just really nice and didn't want to hurt anybody. So they shot at civilian areas next to critical areas to show they could harm civilians if they really wanted to.
