That would make sense because you do know cops will simply ignore the laws they don't like, and ICE is now doing so with impunity.
If ICE had been doing this before, the ACLU would have sued them before.
If ICE wasn't illegally racially profiling, the ACLU wouldn't have won this lawsuit.
