It's crazy to me how much is common knowledge in the gay scene which just never becomes a blip on the radar in the straight world.

Like the number of ostensibly straight Representatives and Senators who frequent gay bars in Washington, D.C.

I also lived in D.C. I loved it for the culture. The city is forced to hit far above its weight class owing to all the embassies and such that are there. Trump, no doubt, would love to ruin all that.

D.C. has come up so much, in 1999 they were offering a $5K tax credit if you purchased a home. Nowadays to induce the same kind of gentrification and investment it would have to be a $25K tax credit.

So I guess you are longing the good old days of BIdenomics.... ; )

For example, thanks to decades of work by law enforcement, 1 in 3 black men has a felony conviction.

Another example: We sent millions of people to prison for the War on Drugs and now nobody uses drugs any more. Not even Fentanyl.
