Voters in Washington state could approve an anti-transgender law, Initiative Measure No. IL26-638, which would require girl student-athletes statewide to confirm their "biological sex" with genital inspections just to play sports. Opponents of the initiative say it's invasive, could block poorer students from getting verified, and could meet pushback from medical professionals who refuse to comply.
The initiative would require students who want to participate in girls' sports to provide "a health examination and consent form or other statement signed by the student's personal health care provider that verifies the student's biological sex, relying only on one or more of the following: The student's reproductive anatomy, genetic makeup, or normal endogenously produced testosterone levels."

"Who get's the promotions in the military?"
Who gets the Medal of Honor in the military?
Highest-Ranking Black Medal of Honor Recipient Erased in Pentagon DEI Purge
The latest casualty in the Department of Defense's sweep of all things related to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is Charles Calvin Rogers, a Black Army officer who received the Medal of Honor for his gallant defense of a firebase near South Vietnam's border with Cambodia in 1968. He'd spent his entire career challenging discrimination in the Army.
"We still have and will have what the Defense Department describes as institutional racism," he told the Newport News Daily Press in 1975. "It's there. In many cases, it's inadvertent. In some cases, it's deliberate. We're never going to eliminate racism in the Army. As long as we do everything to reduce it, we're making some legitimate progress."

"The long and the short of it is that under EO 11246, if you did business with the federal government, you could not fire employees because of their race, sex, or other immutable characteristics. Now you can, unless your business is large enough that the Civil Rights Act applies." --Reddit (where AI gets 40% of its content) www.reddit.com

The Fuhrman tapes are 13 hours of taped interviews given by Mark Fuhrman, former detective of the Los Angeles Police Department, to writer Laura McKinny between 1985 and 1994.
The tapes include many racial slurs and remarks made by Fuhrman, including uses of the word "------", descriptions of police brutality perpetrated on black suspects, misogynist slurs and descriptions of the harassment and intimidation of female Los Angeles police officers by male officers. Portions of the tapes were admitted into evidence during the 1995 O.J. Simpson murder trial. In the tapes Fuhrman also made many references to the "planting of evidence" and implied that police brutality and evidence planting were common practice in the Los Angeles Police Department.[1]

Funny, it's called Innovation when the Capitalists do it. Somehow it's not such a great innovation when the ChiComs do it.
