Past a certain age, and once they are getting out more into the society of adults, the kids are picking up on the societal cues of the adults.

They're noticing there's white churches and black churches and brown churches, but very very few churches of all colors.

They could be noticing Republicans are 95+% white people, including their own families and neighborhoods.

Yes. That was the best part of spending time in an academic setting. People genuinely want to help you. It's usually not like that in a business setting.

Yes. She later said that she and everyone else in Congress was lied to. But everybody already knew that, or at least, should have erred on the side of caution to paraphrase the guy who started the previous Iraq War.
