It's become increasingly clear as more and more trickles out that Biden wasn't calling the shots. On a day to day basis it must have been a small cadre of his inner circle. From a broader policy perspective my guess is Obama was setting the agenda and was using someone like Susan Rice to communicate it. Once his kids were off to college he bucked tradition and maintained his DC residence for a reason.

My guess is the root of the problem starts with journalism schools. What we are seeing isn't traditional journalism. And that's why trust is at all time low. They sacrificed standards and their own credibility to pursue a broad political and cultural agenda. Legacy media is dying and it's become a long, drawn-out suicide.

I've always believed that Tesla took advantage of politics to rip off the public. But apparently both parties were happy with it. The stock was sold short enormously early on but it kept going up. Both parties and other crooks in government were paid off.

The question on Paul Manafort is an easy one, Trump and Roger Stone are tight and Trump trusts Roger's political insight as well as his wide scale of political friends. Roger and Paul had a lobbying firm together back in the 1980's called Black, Manafort, Stone and Kelly or BMSK for short. I'd imagine Roger said Paul would be a great asset and Trump hired him.
