A reporter with an Ohio television station exams the 2023 bodycam footage where officers went to a man's home in an apparent effort to help a former resident retrieve items. The footage shows the officers entering the home without a warrant, using a taser on the man and ultimately arresting him, according to the report. BARTLESVILLE, Okla. " Bartlesville Police wrestled to the ground and arrested Misty Armatige while she was rushing her granddaughter to the emergency room. In an affidavit Bartlesville Police Officer Reed Blackard said he was doing routine patrol on April 14 around 4 p.m. and saw Armatige's vehicle driving fast and changing through lanes of both directions to pass other vehicles. Blackard tried to pull Armatige over but she ran a stop sign and began a short pursuit. The affidavit says Armitage pulled over and said her granddaughter had a bloody nose and it was an emergency.
And now she wants paid for it...
