Both Trump and Vlad want to rule the world. Neither one is the sharing type.

When it does come to loggerheads over hemispheres and oil, (that's where the money is) I wonder who is going to eventually try to knock off whom first.

Don't write off Peter Thiel. He has enough money to shoehorn Vance into the Oval Office as a Russian collaborator. Seems everybody has a different gameplan.

This is no surprise. They're going to try it again.

A constitutional convention was supposed to happen in the '22 midterms
with the highly touted "Red Wave" that never happened.

Trump got all butthurt.

I'm make another guess.

I predict that Putin will turn on Trump as an irresponsible, narcissistic, (especially) untrustworthy and psychologically too unsound to carry out the rest of Mr. Putin's directives. I think once they get a media foot in the door, they will propagandize him out of office and replace him with a more psychologically stable Russian/U.S. collaborator.(traitor)

That may not be a secret. I can think of a few who are already auditioning for the job. Everybody can, too.

And yes, even Kevin Nunes, from way back when, who has a long history of his willingness to sell out America.

We can probably count them off on five fingers, plus a few others on the fringe.

Trump will be too wrapped up in his revenge binge to notice.

So now, it remains to be seen what "national emergency" Trump is going to create to justify revoking FCC licenses for an indeterminate period of time (forever) and if FOX is going to be our only source of "state sanctioned" news.

And also, if that (manufactured) "national emergency" will allow him to declare Martial Law to justify using the U.S. Military against U.S. Citizens to quell any unrest . . . under threat of immediate and certain imprisonment.

Trump will play the fear factor to the hilt. It's all part of a buildup to the revoking of the Bill of Rights and a dictatorship (like Russia).

And will be sanctioned as legal by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Frankly, there is no constitutional law that bars a felon from holding a federal office. Apparently, the founding fathers decided that that issue is left to be decided by the voters.

As for "the presidency" it's assumed that charges against a sitting president would likely interfere with his #1 job of keeping the country safe by handling the affairs, both domestic and international, that may interfere with the general welfare of the citizens.

It's kind of useless to beat a dead horse. Trump won the election and the citizens have spoken. As a result, they've turned January 20th into a Red Letter Day for America. And there's not much we can do about it except weather out the storm and cross our fingers for a stroke of fate.

Once Trump is finished destroying the Freedom of the Press, maybe we'll have to rely on something similar to the French Underground during WWII.

That's high on the "to do" list for sure.

Trump has said as much when he declared that the press is "the enemy of the people."

Take that as the first clue ~~ along with the fact that he wants to have journalist who spoke out against him arrested and jailed.

On what charges, I don't know. But I'm sure Trump's DOJ will come up with something. Or at least he'll try to drive them into financial ruin defending themselves.

Chances are he'll also try to have the FCC cancel licensing to Democrat leaning cable networks.

I think the plan he's looking for is called State Run media, along the same lines as Russia.

Normally, yes. But Trump keeps their passports so they can't leave when their visa expires.

The matter I wrote about was before Trump's first term.

I live in Ft. Lauderdale so I remember the case very well. I remember one of his sons or Kushner had to rush in fast, give those workers their passport and fire them. And, just guessing, probably paid their plane fare out of this country quick.

Nonetheless, I see that Trump is at it again. It's a familiar story to me.

That's not the reason. He uses them to save money on his payroll. They're actually held captive because he has their passports locked up in a safe. Trump is a cruel taskmaster.

I recall a horror story a while back. One worker did quit at Mar-a-Lago. Without an income, he and his family couldn't pay their rent and were evicted. He finally went to the police and spilled the beans on Trump. Before the authorities could investigate, either Eric, Jr. or Kushner rushed in and fired all the illegals working for Trump, thereby obliterating the evidence.

Trump got off squeaky clean.

Is it fair?

Absolutely!

If she had a beef, there are legal ways to contest a decision. A Lawyer, for example.

Now she going to be a convicted terrorists and have to contend with a prison health care system. And she'll lose her home either way.

She doesn't look too bright. Betcha she used her own tracible phone.

Hiring foreign guest workers is something Trump has done before. He also confiscates their passports so they can't leave him.

They can't quit and they can't find other jobs.

Russia conducting trial runs ~~ testing response. Poland is next on the list after Trump abandons Ukraine.

I'm reminded of one of my old standbys. "Too late can come sooner than you think."

(which also applies to voters who put Trump back in office)

"Convicted" is not going to look good on their resume' when they go looking for a job.

His parting gift will be free room and board at a concentration camp for an indeterminate period of time while he waits, perhaps for many months under less than minimum conditions, among millions of others, some of whom are foreign born (or U.S born children of foreign born) and naturalized U.S. citizens.

Rounding up and deporting millions of people isn't as simple as lining up airplanes on a tarmac. These people could be held, incognito, for months or even years, waiting for their number to come up.

In short, it's going to be a human rights disaster that the Trump administration will do everything in their power to hide from public scrutiny.

European NATO nations alone cannot compete with Russia in Ukraine. Russia only has to shut down the oil pipeline to bring them to their knees.

The Baltic nations on Russia's border can easily be bombed into submission.

It looks like Trump is going to make sure all goes as planned between the GOP and Moscow.

Lindel was just another yokel who wanted to capitalize on Trump's name to sell his products. Lindell would have crawled through glass to start advertising Trump Bathrobes, Trump bed sheets, Trump etc. etc. etc. on FOX.

Trump led him on but never gave him a tumble. And Lindell is a fool.
Trump is a taker, not a giver.

It isn't hard to figure out why this went wrong.

He wanted so much to be an "insider" in Trump's world of politics and entitlements.

Poor sucker. He threw himself under the bus. Trump is a user and abuser. Lindell shoulda read the manual.

Corky is basing his assumptions on the current system of governance surviving Trump. That probably isn't going to happen.

I think you're putting too much stock in Trump's allegiance to NATO.

He's been trying to bugger out of that alliance since his first term in office. Now that he has the Senate cowed, he might succeed.

Peruse Russia's 'Constitution' and you'll see exactly where Trump is headed. He wants what Vladimir Putin has.

What's laughable is that Trump has never shown any interest in "fair" elections. He's been the master of deceit and deception in every deal he's ever made. Including his bid for the presidency. I don't expect any less from him in the future.

Remember, Russia calls itself a Republic, too, and we all know how that works out to keep Vladimir Putin in office as an interminable dictator. And we all know what happens if anybody dares to oppose him.

A free America is a threat to Trump. What he really wants is a knee on our neck.
