What I'm noticing is the 'Targets for Assassination' list getting longer.

Since Trump would more than likely be unsuccessful at removing the U.S. from NATO vis-a-vie Congress, this warning sounds more like Trump trying to turn a loss into a win.

McConnell has been in politics too long not to recognize Trumps rhetoric as red flags flying at full mast.

Kentucky doesn't have to worry about tariffs, especially on aluminum.

If I remember correctly, only just a few years ago McConnell used his position in the U.S. Senate to cut through several miles of red tape . . . not to mention violating clear rules against. . . to allow a Russian owned aluminum plant to set up operation in the state of Kentucky in direct competition with U.S. aluminum plants.

My sympathy for McConnell often waxes and wanes. This time it's waning.

McConnell bears some responsibility for not nipping Trump's election in the bud when he had the chance. There's no forgiveness for that.

Not so, REDIAL. It doesn't take brains to be emotionally immature. In fact, Trump often uses the first two lines of defense used by children.

Trump uses blackmail (tariffs) as a tool. Any clue as to what concessions he wants from Canada and Mexico.

Here's another thought about who is going to blink first.

U.S border states from Washington to New England import a large percentage their electricity from Canadian grids.

I wonder what would happen if Canada's P.M. hit THAT toggle switch and those border states experienced black or brown outs for a long period of time.

Upsetting the balance of trading electricity between Canada and the U.S. is already being considered by our northern neighbor.

Obviously, (1) these tariffs are the dumbest move in history and (2) we all know Trump isn't banging on all 8 cylinders.

So, my question is, who is going to blink first?
