...Prosecution and defense discuss possibility of cross-examination on contempt

After jury left, Judge Merchan discussed with the prosecution and defense the possibility of Trump being cross-examined on the gag order violations.

Trump lawyer Todd Blanche said he objects to that but prosecutor Matthew Colangelo argued that the court found Trump in criminal contempt for violating the gag order. ...

Speaking to reporters outside of the courtroom, Trump railed against the Manhattan district attorney, saying his office is "letting violent crime run rampant all over our city."

He also accused DA Alvin Bragg of attacking his company in particular, lamenting, "what they've done to people in my company, they've been after us for years."

He called the attorneys in the DA's office "radical left lunatics," and alleged that they're backed by Democratic megadonor George Soros.

Trump added, "In the meantime, you can't do anything in the country. The country is going to hell."

The terms of Trump's gag order allow him to criticize the judge and the prosecutor. ...

An interesting day in, and around, the courtroom.

Despite fmr Pres Trump's apparent appeal for his supporters to show up, few did.

Also, no family members sitting in the courtroom space reserved for them.

I listened to this whole direct and cross of Hope Hicks and came to the conclusion that Trump told his attorneys to go light.

She was reluctant to criticize Trump and, in fact, praised him on several occasions. Hope Hicks and Trump seem to have some residual affection for each other. I think he was sorry to see her brought into this case.

Although it's never been mentioned or even suggested, I also wonder if she was his snuggle bunny on those many trips they took together. After all, she is a beautiful woman and it would be very uncharacteristic of Trump to miss an opportunity like that.

Von ------------ wants a diaper change.

Re 3

Yup. Probably getting a little stinky around big stinky.

So that is what Trumpy wrote the little sticky note to his lawyer about.

"I need fresh diapers!"

Hicks probably won the prosecution's case with her testimony about Trump when she testified Trump said (sic) "good thing this (Stormy Daniels story) is coming out after the election."

That's the moment she started crying. Legal pundits said that was probably because she realized at that moment she'd just sealed the prosecution's case against Trump.

There's nothing to impugn Hicks' as a witness like the defense will attempt against Cohen and Stormy. The jury saw that. She was in court per a subpoena, nervous, and didn't want to be there. Especially to offer testimony that sunk Trump's defense.

I remember when she left and SNL did a skit about it. Baldwin spoofing Trump said, "I hated having her leave but I sure did enjoy watching her walk away."

This absurd trial only reinforces the belief of most Americans that Democrats now represent the true and biggest threat to our country and to our democracy because they have no embedded ethics. There is no crime here except to American justice. They have zero ethics.

Democrats no longer support or represent cultural beliefs of average American ethics. They see themselves as elites who hate most everything about America. They have no affinity to America. They have affinity to corrupt political power like Biden.

When a mob of Dem or leftist zealots are protesting as they do, why is it always represented by unattractive homely over weight furious screaming women with weird hair beating a drum or female pretenders with a p--nis and scr---um oddly pretending to be men or is it women? Only they know what they pretend. Or is it women tragically wishing to abort the few kids they will ever have.

Democrats need to become ethical and righteous again because without they have become the real threat.

#8. Please cool it if you can. Discuss, don't hate. Debate with coolness and intellect. Do not tell those fellow Americans you disagree with to go kill themselves?

This is why many Americans no longer want any part of a radical DNC either as a political party or as neighbors. They are too wildly angry just as they are against Trump.

And that is the opposite of what a defense attorney should want from a prosecution witness.

It makes her insanely credible...which is a problem when she says he knew what the payments were for and why they were done.

She may just want to not have some red-hatted goon break into her home and murder her in her sleep... after drinking her beer, of course.

CORKEY

No, I think Hope Hicks was just one of the many witnesses the prosecution brought forward to verify and confirm the upcoming testimony of their star witness, Michael Cohen. The object of this trial is to show a direct link between the crime and Donald Trump, who is claiming it all happened without his knowledge so, blah, blah, blah, he has to be found innocent.

The icing on the cake may not even be Cohen. It might be Trump himself if his lawyers can't stop him from taking the stand.

Just like Botox Barbie the puppy murderer, Hope Hicks spread 'em for Corey F'n Lewandouchkey. Hicks probably could have had any Secret Service officer she wanted, and she CHOSE Lewandouchkey? He was fired by Dotard, either because he was somehow too odious, or more likely because Von ------------ was jealous. These MAGAt women somehow see Hair Furor the diaper dandy as the height of masculinity with his piss-yellow cotton candy fake hair glued up using more hairspray than your average teen girl, his fat, saggy face, and ------------- neck covered in ---- brindle brown colored bronzer, wears oversized suits with shoulder pads to hide his narrow feminine shoulders, a girdle to hide big fat gut, and high heeled shoes. He needs both hands to drink from a child-sized water bottle and is afraid of ramps. He is the least masculine president weve probably ever had. Hicks worked for this POS, she steamed his damned pants while he was wearing them, imagine the ---- stench from that! Hope Hicks, is a pretty girl but as sharp as a sack of wet mice.

But she did, at least, have one very important quality. She always looked at Trump with adoring, puppy love eyes. (Look at the photographs)

I wonder if she felt deeply betrayed when she found out the truth about the other women.

No fireworks yet (it's hard to beat a Pirty Decker for scum and sleaze) and no OJ moments like if the rubber don't fit you must acquit!

But he did pass a sticky note to his lawyers so stand back and stand by.
