Suppression of Free Speech is Here

A pal in Tennessee is a professor at public university. On Wednesday, in a theater class, a student asked if they could discuss the election. My friend had to say that any discussion of a political matter unrelated to the course material that day falls under the state's "divisive concepts" law and thus they were banned from talking about it or he'd be breaking the law. And they moved on to acting methods. In case you're wondering where it's all heading.

Or he could have said this is theater class and we are going to stick to the syllabus. I'll meet you at the pub afterwards.

That's a choice to not discuss the topic.

The professor pointed out they can't talk about it.

Why hide the truth? (Because it's inconvenient for Republicans. Got it.)

"It's (D)ifferent when we do it" - Lefties

Other than old school liberals the left not only doesn't give a rip about censorship, they openly applaud it when their ideological opponents are the target.
