Vance says Violent Jan. 6 Rioters Shouldn't get Pardons

Vice President-elect JD Vance tempered his boss's promise to pardon all the protesters involved in the U.S. Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021, saying those who behaved violently should "obviously" not receive pardons.

A grandmother who spent 60 days in prison for Jan. 6-related charges said she would refuse a pardon from Donald Trump.

Wait, what?

VP-elect Vance said that Pres-elect Trump does not understand what is obvious?

As a follow-up question ...

How many of those charged and convicted for J6 were non-violent, i.e., just there to peacefully express their right of Free Speech?

And how many of those charged and convicted for J6 were charged and convicted because of their actions, not their speech?

Someone had to break it to MAGAs that he really didn't mean that part about Pardoning the J6 Insurrectionists. Now, by his rules, Trump will Pardon people like Fake Electors, who are mostly political troops, and let some others hang. So to speak.

Five people died as a result of the violence and the hundreds injured included 174 police officers

And repug filth claim to back the blue. Weird.

How long will it be before the deplorables threaten to hang Vance?

Of course hundreds of violent protesters, many of whom directly assaulted Capitol Hill Police, will be pardoned. Those pardons will extend to criminals who entered guilty pleas at their trials, while being represented by competent legal counsel. Some will come away from this with a disdain for King Dotard II, realizing that he duped them to comit violence on his behalf. Others will conduct themselves like the SA in the early years of the Hitler chancelorship...

Vance is sitting at the kiddy table where he'll probably remain for the duration.

Maybe he just pops his head up once in a while to remind people that he was elected, too.
