Trump's FCC Chief Opens Investigation into NPR and PBS

President Trump's new head of the Federal Communications Commission has ordered an investigation of NPR and PBS, with an eye toward unraveling federal funding for all public broadcasting.

Both CEOs rejected the claim that the public broadcasters had violated federal laws or practices that stretch back decades.

You know, the thing is... Trump reflects all the petty, cruel, and cowardly attitudes of his Base quite well.

I mean, it's true, some of them just aren't very bright, but actually there's a reason they adore their Cult Leader; he will do all the stupid, nonsensical things that they've whined about for years.

Of course, he laughs at them behind their backs when he's entertaining the Billionaire Oligarchs that bought him the Office and whom he actually serves.

I wonder when the investigations of OAN and The Daily Wire ect will begin...

They're far more biased than anything righties whine about on a regular basis.

NPR and PBS should have gotten Biden Pardons!

Apparently he should have handed out several million more.

When Trump said that the media is the enemy of the people, he was right; corporate and right-wing media is the enemy of the people. Look at the insurrectionists, and all the shooters. Where did they get radicalized?

Tp the best of my knowledge, those organizations don't receive any taxpayer funding. PBS and NPR do.
