The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette writes about bird flu being detected in 50 wild American crows this month. In January, Pennsylvania also found bird flu in snow geese with some of them fall from the sky to their death. The flu also killed 14 bald eagles in the state. Agencies are urging people to not touch dead birds.
Trump's team is rushing to rehire the bird flu experts they fired in DOGE's federal worker purge--but not all of them can be convinced it's safe to return.
